 Employment Opportunities

Join Esperanza, a mid-size social service agency that employs nearly 80 people. The culture of Esperanza emerged from Guadelupe Reyes, a Mexican-American grass roots activist and several educators. Since 1969, the agency has grown, but has not lost its family focus and unique culture. The staff values building close and stable relationships with the infants, toddlers, students, adults and families it serves. The agency’s strength comes from staff members who are dedicated to the rights and dignity of people with developmental disabilities.
