Individuals of any age who have a developmental disability and live at home in Chicago are encouraged to apply to receive assistance from the Client and Family Support Program. Program participants are accepted according to urgency for services and program capacity. Before proceeding with any services CFSP must obtain informed consent to provide services from the guardian, adult without a guardian, or parents for those individuals less than eighteen years of age.
